Two businesses. Two different ways to put AI to work.
A direct-sales team needed to reuse leadership and top-seller experience, improve team efficiency, and keep pace with AI. A manufacturer began with biographical video to establish brand awareness, then moved that content method into an automated video generation system. They did not need the same template.
Both cases are anonymized. We state only confirmed project facts; estimates are labeled and are not presented as independently audited results.

CASE 01 / TEAM KNOWLEDGE
Turn top-sales experience into a capability the whole team can call on.
This was not a document upload followed by a request that the team search for itself. It brings proven product knowledge, operating methods, and scenario judgment from leaders and top sellers into everyday work so the team gets faster support, improves together, and builds an AI-ready way of working.
The business had strong experience. It still lived with a small number of people.
Product knowledge, operating methods, and sales judgment were spread across training, files, leaders, and a small number of top sellers. Questions still returned to the frontline, fragmenting core-team time and making it difficult for newer sellers to reuse methods that had already been proven.
Three problems the project had to solve
Reduce waiting and repeated inquiries so the team receives faster support and becomes more efficient in real sales situations.
Capture and reuse leadership and top-seller experience while separating stable knowledge from questions that require human judgment.
Record real questions, human corrections, and missing knowledge so team capability keeps improving with the AI era.
CASE 01 / TEAM KNOWLEDGE
How the agent entered the work
01
Map recurring questions
Use real team inquiries to define the first knowledge set, scenarios, and boundaries for questions that cannot be automated.
02
Capture top-sales experience
Organize product material, recurring questions, leadership judgment, and proven sales methods into maintainable answer patterns.
03
Use the existing channel
Keep the team in a familiar communication channel instead of adding a new system for every question.
04
Improve from real usage
Review new questions, human edits, and misses, then extend the knowledge and answer loops.
Launch was the beginning of reusing strong experience across the whole team.
The assistant is in active use. It handles recurring questions first, while complex issues and important operating judgment still go to leaders. New and frontline sellers apply mature methods in the flow of work, while real questions and feedback keep improving both team efficiency and AI working capability.

CASE 02 / VIDEO AGENT
Begin with biographical video. Deliver a system that keeps generating video.
Biographical video established brand awareness and a baseline for founder voice and company material, but it was not the final deliverable. The core project is an automated video generation system connecting source review, content decisions, scripts, video generation, and final delivery.
Biographical video begins brand awareness. It is not the end of the project.
We first produced biographical video so real founder experience, company stories, and personal voice could become the first work through which the market recognized the brand. The interviews and production process also captured verifiable business facts, language patterns, and reusable assets as trusted inputs for the system.
CASE 02 / VIDEO AGENT
What the brand-launch phase establishes
01
Brand starting point
Use biographical video as the first publishable work through which the market begins to recognize the founder and company.
02
Person and voice
Capture operating history, turning points, language patterns, point-of-view boundaries, and a suitable content rhythm.
03
Sources and facts
Organize company, brand, product, customer-question, story, and media sources with human review.
04
Content baseline
Use the first real content to calibrate account positioning, audience, topic direction, and system-generation standards.
CASE 02 / VIDEO AGENT
Core deliverable: automated video generation system
01
Sources and content decisions
Manage approved business facts and assets, account positioning, audience profiles, comparable accounts, topic clusters, and keywords.
02
Scripts and storyboards
Generate candidate directions and shot-by-shot scripts from approved facts, then move human-approved work into storyboards.
03
Clips and final video
Generate or upload clips by shot, then arrange, subtitle, voice, score, preview, and download the final video.
04
Adaptation and digital presenter
Analyze a popular-video link or local video, extract and rewrite the copy, then produce digital-presenter video and publishing assets.
